Job Description

Duties

  • Assist for internal ordering support and delivery
  • Maintain sufficient stationery and office supplies
  • Coordinate the utilization of conference rooms and other office facilities
  • Support for staff’s on-boarding logistics
  • Assist for meeting set up and catering support
  • Assist for other admin duties
  • Back up receptionist
  • Perform any other administration duties as required by managers from time to time

Requirements

  • Form 7 or above
  • Good in English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hardworking, organized, willing to learn and with strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to multitask
  • Proficiency in using MS Office
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant administrative experience in Administration work in sizeable companies
