Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of administrative functions such as handling enquiries, filing, courier and mailing arrangement
- Prepare regular or ad-hoc reports
- Liaise with internal and external partners
- Perform ad-hoc duty as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Secretarial or Administration support role
- Form 5 / DSE or above
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive, reliable and passionate
- A good team player, self-motivated and well-organized
- Proficient in MS Office (word, excel, power point and Chinese word processing)
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
- Immediate available is highly preferred
