Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle full range of general admin work matters independently
- Support project administration and correspondence with contractors, vendors and suppliers
- Administer inventory management including record updating, stock controlling, replenishment and sourcing
- Handle Hong Kong in-bound visa applications for oversea visitor
- Assist in other ad hoc assignments as per supervisor request
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor degree or other relevant business field
- At least 3 year working experience
- HR background is preferable
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in PC operations (including MS Office, Chinese WP, etc.)
- Able to multi-task, self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong problem solving skills
