Responsibilities: 

• Consolidate and grow relationships with existing clients
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with prospective clients
• Manage the full recruitment process from initial client briefings to offer stage and beyond
• Work closely with hiring managers at various levels to obtain a thorough understanding of their requirements and needs
• Compile target company lists and identify potential individuals
• Conduct initial screening, assessments and in-depth interviews of candidates to finalize a shortlist of qualified candidates for each assignment
• Manage the expectation of both clients and candidates to ensure successful closure of assignments

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum 3 years of relevant working experience (Candidates with less experience would be considered for Consultant or Associate Consultant)
• Proven successful track record with strong client & candidate connections in the market
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Result-oriented with strong desire to succeed
• Can work independently and under pressure
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
