Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing daily administrative support to the Operations Department and warehouse, e.g. issue purchase order, invoice and follow up an order delivery
  • Handle sales order and shipment arrangement
  • Liaise and communicate with internal and external parties on daily operation issues
  • Maintain proper filing system
  • Handle ad hoc project as assigned by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Form 5/DSE or above
  • At least 3 years working experience in administration or related experience  
  • Proficient in Word, MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese of Mandarin
  • Strong sense of responsibility and strong communication skill
  • Ability to work under deadlines and work independently
  • Work on 5.5 days a week (Alternative Sat) 
  • Immediate availability is preferable
