Job Description
Job responsibilities:
- Manage the Human Resources functions, including recruitment, appraisal, training, compliance and documentation;
- Prepare and process payroll, MPF, employee benefits, insurance renewal, IRD/tax filing, etc.;
- Responsible for updating HR related files including policies, legislation and handbook, etc.;
- Perform full spectrum of administrative duties (e.g. licenses, insurances, mailing arrangements and general repair and maintenance, etc.);
- Supervise HR and Administration team and certain operational staff; and
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior management.
Job requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above;
- Min. 5 year solid experience in all round Admin and HR function;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in PC skills;
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility;
- Great team player, well-organized with strong interpersonal communications skills and problem-solving skills;
- Able to work independently and efficiently;
- Mature, Enthusiastic, Reliable, Self-motivated and Responsible;
- Strong recruiting skills
- Experience in F&B preferred
