Job Description

Currently we are seeking a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our successful insurance & banking team to extend the recruitment process. Your duties will be researching, name gathering, cold calling, data entry, candidate management, CV screening, client management, negotiation a full 360 recruiter.

Your goal is to serve our clients and candidates in understanding the niche markets that we are in and to provide a full spectrum of recruitment in searching for new potential candidates and building long lasting relationships with candidates and fulfilling our client’s needs. Our aim is to serve our partners with a full understanding of each role, making you and Kelly Services market leaders.

Applicant

The applicant should have at least one year of working experience as a recruitment associate consultant, consultant or senior consultant. You must be positive, team focused, motivated, determined and outgoing.

We will also consider sales or business development back ground with proven targets hit and sales records.
