Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

This is an entry position for Compensation & Benefits (C&B) consulting, rendering services to a wide range of multinational companies and reputable corporations. You will be immersed in a diversified working environment, involving client-facing as well as analytical/intellectual activities.

Our professional space is fast-paced and result-driven. You are expected to carry out various data analysis & research, interact with clients, participate in business development, support in surveys/presentations/projects.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s Degree, majoring in (not in order of preference) Business Administration/Management, Statistics, Information System, Human Resources, Risk Management or Business-related disciplines
Good presentation skills and strong business sense
Strong mathematical/logical foundation – advanced Excel application skills is advantageous
Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Fast, accurate, numerate, detail-minded and prepared to go extra mile for career development
About 1 year of Consulting experience – HR/C&B-related consulting is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant background and skillset will also be considered.
