Job Description
Job Duties
- Mainly responsible for full spectrum of HR functions for manpower recruitment & handle staff on-boarding and off-boarding procedures.
- Also responsible for full spectrum of HR functions for payroll, MPF & taxation calculation.
- Consolidate & prepare HR reports regularly & on management’s ad hoc review.
- Assist to maintain personnel records, performance review & staff relation, etc.
- Assist to HR administration work & ad-hoc activities for the department.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources & Business Administration
- 2 year or above relevant experience & preferably in retail industry
- Familiar with HK employment ordinance.
- Experience in payroll software exposure is an advantage
- Must be good in excel application
- Good communication skills and inter-personal skills
