Our young and dynamic team is now looking for a Personal Assistant to A.G.M. / Administrative Assistant to join the Creative Team at its Hong Kong headquarters. We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic candidate with 1-2 years of experience in administrative role, the role will suit a self-driven who can work effectively within a team and in a fast paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of secretarial service to Assistant General Manager
• Participate in property seminars organised by the company
• Organise and maintain the filing system and storage of confidential documents
• Assist to work with internal sales and marketing team
• Assisting A.G.M. on all levels whether personal or company related matters
• Additional Ad-hoc tasks
  
  
  Requirement:

• MUST be available to work weekends (Sat and Sun half day every other week)
• Passionate, Enthusiasm and “can-do” attitude
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Fluent in oral and written Chinese, English and Putonghua is an advantage
• Immediately availability is highly preferred
