Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full spectrum of office administrative operations
- Arrange courier and internal arrangement
- Assist in stationery inventory management and distribution
- Maintain records and documents filling systematically
- Perform various ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Good command of English and Chinese (written and spoken)
- Computer knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Chinese WP would be an advantage
- Outdoor work duties (e.g. filing and service of documents, stamping and registration, etc.) may be expected
- Team player with good interpersonal skills, organized with strong sense of responsibility
- Willing to learn and hardworking
- Working hours: 2 days/ week
- Salary: HKD 55 -60/ hr
