Job Description
A Global IT service provider is looking for the suitable candidate to fill the above post
Responsibilities
- Perform procurement requisitions, ordering and payment verification
- Follow up on sales order logistics and invoicing
- Maintain and update sales reports
- Collect operation record and sales KPIs for management
- Perform data analysis and prepare management reports for sales
- Update and maintain budget and expenditure records
- Perform ad-hoc duty for business support function
- Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support to the sales team
Requirements
- Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Business administration or related subjects
- Knowledge in PC usage with Microsoft Office skills
- Preferably PC Chinese word processing skill
- 3+ years sales administration working experience in ICT industry
- Good commercial sense and ability to handle customer enquires
- Good Chinese and English in writing and oral; preferably fluent in Putonghua
