Executive Assistant

 Job Description:

• Provide professional secretarial support to senior executives, including preparation of correspondences, minutes and agenda of meetings, conduct market research, data analysis, prepare reports and presentation materials, business proposals and manage projects with project owners
• Liaise with internal and external parties on business opportunities and maintain business network & relationships
• Organise and coordinate meetings, business conferences, events and travel arrangement
• Manage and assist in projects with professional judgement
• Undertake other ad hoc assignments/projects

Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree of Business Studies or relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English is a MUST
• Good business writing and presentation skills
• Proficient is using PowerPoint or relevant presentation software or tools
• Excellent interpersonal and co-ordinational skills
• Flexible, organized and able to meet deadline
• Work location in Taipo with company shuttle bus services provided
• Immediate availability preferable
