Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in all round HR functions and duties including Recruitment and Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development and Staff Relations, Performance Management, Employee Relations among to other key HR duties;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and company policies to support the rapid growth & development of the Company;
  • Assist in end to end recruitment process (especially in looking for talents with SFC licence type4 and type6);
  • Prepare HR reports;
  • Oversee administration operations, including procurement, maintenance of equipment, inventory control and facilities management;
  • Conduct office budget planning and control, manage the tenancy agreement, office renovation;
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned;

Requirements

  • Degree holder in HR management or related disciplines;
  • At least 5 years all round HR experience, experience in SOE will be an advantage;
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of spoken and written in both English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, and Chinese word processing;
  • Previous experiences in Chinese State-owned-Enterprises will be highly preferred;
  • Immediate available will be highly preferred;
