Job Description
With 6 years in the HK market we have quickly established ourselves as a leader in digital and technology related recruitment services. This has enabled us to grow in an organic and sustainable way and to retain a team of high caliber consultants. With the team and business expanding there is now a pressing need to appoint an Associate Director to give additional leadership support and strengthen the management team. Reporting into the Director for HK & China you will play a key role in further building and managing the HK consulting team to deliver company wide and individual commercial goals. You will also be heavily involved in shaping the HK business/market strategy, contributing to outbound and employer brand marketing initiatives, leading high level client engagements and tenders, and championing client effectiveness & satisfaction across the business.

- Track record in consistently meeting sales targets as an individual contributor
- Proven in leading teams of any size to consistently achieve team sales targets
- Proven in hiring, mentoring and inspiring junior staff
- Accomplished in developing and executing strategic client acquisition strategies
- Forward-thinking, open-minded and of an autodidact nature
- 8+ years recruitment experience
