Responsibilities:

• Introduce eCommerce tool to targeted customers and provide guidance on program registration and functionalities
• Conduct trainings on eCommerce tool
• Prepare regular reports on program registration and usage
• Handle customer inquiries

Requirements:

• F5 education or above
• 1-2 years experience in clerical or operations support experience & solid experience on handling telephone enquiries
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight timelines
• Good command of spoken English and Mandarin
