• Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• 1 year of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits function
• Hands-on experience in retail industry will be definitely an advantage
• Conversant with Employment Ordinance or other employment-related legislation
• Computer literate and efficient in MS Office, Chinese Word Processing 
• Good command of English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Independent, self-initiative, well organized, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
