Job Description
1) Junior Merchandiser
Duties:
- Follow up orders and samples development
- Handle sourcing and production schedule
- Sample packing and delivery arrangement
- Liaise closely with suppliers and customers
- Daily email communication
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree holder is preferred
- At least 1-2 years of working experience
- preferably in the Toys / Gift & Premium / Kitchenware industry
- Good command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is highly preferable
- Less experience / fresh graduate is also welcome as Trainee
2) Admin. Assistant
Duties:
- Provide general office administrative support
- Organize and coordinate travel arrangement
- Arrange and manage various activities
- Keep control and maintain records on office supplies
- Arrange office equipment maintenance and contracts
- Any other ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree of administrative / secretarial / clerical experience preferred
- 1-2 years working experience
- Less experience / Fresh graduate is also welcome as a TRAINEE
- Strong interpersonal skills with good telephone manner
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Immediate available is highly preferred
