Job Description
Our client is consumer lifestyle company with a global presence. To support their continuous growth, they are currently recruiting a Retail Operations Executive to report to the Retail Manager
Main Duties:
This role will support the Retail Manager in the daily operations of all point of sales in Hong Kong and Macao. Responsible for sales analyses and reports of stores and counters, ordering, commission calculation. Support and implement retail trainings and meetings. Coordinate with Marketing / VM on events, logistics etc.
Requirements:
- Degree holder
- 2+ Years of Retail operations experience, preferably multi stores.
- Strong Computer skills; especially Excel
- Excellent problem solving, communications and presentations skills
- A proactive team player and able to work independently
- Strong communication skills in Chinese and English
