Job Description

• Provide full spectrum of professional administrative support to the senior management and different departments.
• Arrange meetings, business trips & appointment schedule for management. Provided event management and coordination support including organizing conference, business functions and events as required.
• Prepare various correspondences, reports, minutes and presentation materials.
• Assisted in formulating office policies, procedures and contracts.
• Liaise with internal and external parties of different levels including Beijing Head Office, business associates and vendors, maintenance professional image of the company.
• Assist in ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Administration or similar academic discipline. Candidate with Corporate Communications background will be an advantage.
• At least 5 years experience in Office Administration in Multinational companies or sizable corporations preferred, of which at least 3 years secretarial position..
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is a MUST.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Chinese input, Excel and Power-point).
• Mature, well organized and willing to work under pressure.
• Immediate available is an advantage.
