We are looking for a dynamic Office / Multi Media Assistant!

Our company is looking for a modern Office-Multi Media Assistant to be responsible for handling a range of tasks in our office. You will be handling incoming calls, welcome visitors, managing files, website, Facebook, Instagram and executing other general duties.

In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to speak and write clearly English and be proficient with word processing applications and have a solving mindset. A personality with strong communication skills and acting pro-active is highly recommended.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming calls and other communications.
• Recording information.
• Welcoming guests.
• Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
• Helping to organize and maintain the office.
• Performing further general office duties.
• Coordinating international events.
• Helpdesk assistance of website and social media like Facebook.
• Creating, maintaining, and entering information into our database.
• Light Social Media tasks.

Requirements:

• Associate’s degree.
• Some experience as an office multi / media assistant.
• Ability to write and speak clearly English.
• Warm personality with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well under limited supervision.
• Pro-active, creative and problem solving.
• Hong Kong working permit
