Our client is a Logistic Company with Japanese background. Located in Hong Kong Side is urgently looking for the following positions: 

Job Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive training and recruitment duties;
• Coordinate / conduct training programs for staff of different levels and follow up to ensure the effectiveness of the programs;
• Explore recruitment channels, perform recruitment activities and develop recruitment tools;
• Handle staff contracts and HR related correspondence;
• Handle employee relations issues;
• Develop management tools in enhancing staff innovation and managing changes;
• Designing and implement human resources projects to improve business results;
• Handling ad hoc project

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or above
• Minimum 3 years’ experience relevant in Human Resource aspect specially in Recruitment and Training
• Proven ability in counseling/advising in various employment-related matters;
• Familiar with local HR related ordinance and practices;
• Able to drive and lead change within the organization and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient computer skills, e.g. MS office, Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available is highly prefer
