Operation Logistic Assistant /Executive;(Famous Petroleum Com) Fresh Graduates Welcome! (5day, Wan Chai)
Our Client is a subsidary of a famous petroleum company in Hong Kong. They are looking for an Operation Logistic Assistant / Executive to join their growing team.
Job Duties:
- Follow up crude oil physical cargoes
- Prepare purchases & sales contracts
- Co-ordinate with suppliers, buyers & head office to arrange loading schedules
- Handle full set shipping documents & issue invoices, etc.
- Fulfill other duties related to operations.
Requirement:
- University graduate in Engineering/ Technology/ Logistics or related discipline
- 1 years of related experience in operations and logistics (Fresh graduate will be considered.)
- Proficiency in Mandarin, English and Chinese
- Self-motivated, Reliable, Independent, Team work, Detail-minded and able to work under pressure
