Our client based out of London has been servicing clients in the Raw Materials & Chemicals industry for over 10 years. Due to their expansion they now seek a proactive and independent individual to work with their Head Of HK operations. They are focused in Director and Senior level roles. As a Recruiter you will be mentored in the industry and first working only with candidate sourcing, communication and coordination.

What you would be doing?

• Identify suitable candidates including screening, selecting and conducting interviews of prospects to be matched with clients
• Manage the whole recruitment process to ensure required deadlines are met
• Liaison between Clients & Candidates to ensure that best deal possible is achieved for both parties and maintain a long-term working relationship
• Business Development of new Candidates through new media and channels

What we need from you?

• Diploma holder in Sales & Marketing, Business, Human Resources or related discipline is an advantage, preferably overseas educated
• Independent, self-motivated, resourceful, target-driven with great initiative and a burning desire to succeed
• Outgoing with excellent interpersonal skills, able to present ideas fluently in written and spoken English and spoken Chinese
• Fresh Graduates to people with 2 years experience are preferred, candidates with related experience have a definite advantage
