Responsibilities:

• Handle printing matter such as dispatch arrangement and quality checking
• Responsible for general clerical support, indexing, data input, filing, document imaging and records keeping
• Collect daily production data to support compilation of required monthly reports
• Ad-hoc tasks / projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education level or above
• At least 1 year experience in banking industry or sizable organizations
• Proactive attitude with good problem solving skill
• Mature, self-motivated and attentive to details
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
