Job Description
Responsibilities:

Handle printing matter such as dispatch arrangement and quality checking

Responsible for general clerical support, indexing, data input, filing, document imaging and records keeping

Collect daily production data to support compilation of required monthly reports

Ad-hoc tasks / projects as assigned
Requirements:
-
Post-secondary education level or above
-
At least 1 year experience in banking industry or sizable organizations
-
Proactive attitude with good problem solving skill
-
Mature, self-motivated and attentive to details
-
Good communication and interpersonal skill

Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese
-
Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
