Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Group HR team in all HR or business-related matters
- Responsible for all-round HR duties, not limited to HR Reports, Payroll, Leave Management, Benefits Administration, Recruitment & Selection, Staff Record Management, Manpower Planning, Training, Staff Activities etc
- Assist to draft various HR related document
- Responsible for contract preparation and new joiner onboarding arrangement
- Assist in reviewing HR Policies and Procedures to meet business requirements and ensure compliance with local legislations
- Provide support to the group-wide project to ensure timely delivery
- Responsible for the license application and renewal for sales team
- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- University graduate with at least 5 years Human Resources experience
- Experience in Financial Industry (Securities, Brokerage, Insurance) is highly preferred
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance
- Proficient in MS Office especially word, excel and powerpoint
- Excellent communication skills in English, Putonghua and Cantonese (spoken & written)
- Mature, good presentation, excellent interpersonal skill
- Strong sense of responsibility, well organized, self-motivation, good team player and able to work independently under pressure
- Knowledge in using HR system
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
