Summary:

Our client is a financial investment listed company in Hong Kong, they are currently seeking for a Company Secretarial Officer to join their Company Secretary team.

Responsibilities:

You will assist in delivering a range of corporate administration services to a varied portfolio of clients which includes:

• Assisting in preparing announcements, circulars, annual & interim reports of listed company
• Prepare and submit statutory and regulatory filings for the group companies
• Assist in drafting various board resolutions for all subsidiaries of the group
• Updating and maintaining statutory records for the group companies
• assist in preparing documents for board meetings, committees meetings and shareholders meetings
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the named Company Secretary from time to time.
• Administration tasks as required

Requirements:

• Student member of HKICS
• 1-3 years of company secretarial experience, preferably gained from listed companies previously
• Excellent written and verbal in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
