Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update stock inventory record
- Coordinate with Purchasing Department or suppliers for food and non-food items ordering
- Arrange and co-ordinate all logistics activities
- Assist in moving goods in-out
- Provide physical stock take
- Prepare reports for central kitchen and headquarter
- Handle ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
- Form 5 graduates or above
- Min 2-3 years warehouse administrative experience
- Organized, hardworking, initiative, responsible and willing to learn
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Knowledge in Purchase system - EBS is an advantage
