Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist to handle full spectrum of human resources and administration functions, and taking ad hoc assignments
- Handle Payroll Processing, MPF, HR reporting, Leave, Claims and Annual Taxation
Qualifications
- HKDSE preferably with some training in Human Resources Management
- At least 5 years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance, Taxation
- Hands-on experience in IPL HRIS system highly preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Diligent, accurate, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
