Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist to handle full spectrum of human resources and administration functions, and taking ad hoc assignments
  • Handle Payroll Processing, MPF, HR reporting, Leave, Claims and Annual Taxation

Qualifications

  • HKDSE preferably with some training in Human Resources Management
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance, Taxation
  • Hands-on experience in IPL HRIS system highly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Diligent, accurate, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
