Responsibilites

• Provide payroll support to the Payroll officer
• Reporting to the HR manager in supporting global HR activities, acting as the go-to person for balancing the HR ecosystem ensuring smooth operations
• Update and maintain employee record in systems in timely and accurate manner
• Support the team in maintenance of reports and other ad hoc task

Requirements

• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a must
• Graduate within a HR/Psychology, Business Management and technology disciplines (others disciplines will be considered)
• Positive demeanor with a can-do attitude, act as the gel within the team but also can work independently.
• Google office (mail/drive) and Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) literate
• Immediate availability is preferred
