Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing documents and returns in compliance with the requirements of regulatory authorities
• Participate in preparing the annual reports and other disclosures
• Assist in preparing minutes, agenda, notices and subsequent correspondence in connection with meetings of the Directors and Shareholders
• Act as custodian of the seal of the corporation, corporate documents, minute books, etc.

Requirements:

• University graduate and/or HKICS/ICSA membership
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
• Good understanding of Companies Ordinance with practical knowledge and experience in company secretarial related matters
• Good MS Office skill
• Efficient, careful , organized and excellent communication skill
• Good command of verbal and written Chinese and English
