Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with overseas suppliers (UK / USA/ Japan…etc) in price, deals and terms to achieve the best benefits for the company.
• Maintain good relationship with the suppliers to provide pre-sales and after-sales support.
• To liaise & establish (exclusive) agreement / distributorship contracts with overseas (UK / USA/ Japan…etc) supplies as assigned.
• Review and implement purchasing strategies to cope with company need.
• Define policies related to supplier screening, selection and control.
• Work closely with different parties both internal and external to formulate and co-ordinate marketing activities to promote different kinds of products.
• Evaluate the competitors / market.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Business, procurement, supply chain management
• Min 5 years relevant experience, preferably in civil engineering industry
• Good command of English (spoken & written) and Mandarin
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of trading or I/E is an advantage
• Able to work independently and under pressure, well organized and aggressive
