Responsibilities
- Achieve optimized collaboration and rental return on assigned group of tenants
- Strengthen category leasing and manage tenants relationship
- Assist in formulating management presentations and analysis
- Prepare and upkeep tracking logs, able to take on supportive administrative duties
Requirements
- Degree qualifications in marketing or business administration related discipline
- Knowledge or prior exposure to mainland China retail real estate markets an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with proven record in retail leasing, business development and key account management
- Strong business mindset, excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Well organized, proactive, multi-tasking and able to prioritize work under tight schedules
