Responsibilities:

• Perform full spectrum of human resources functions including staffing, letters preparation, compensation and benefits, leave and attendance management, MPF administration, etc.
• Maintain the comprehensive HR documentation and filing system
• Act as the first contact point to provide one-stop human resources solutions to business units
• Provide support on research and analysis on HR related matters
• Participate in HR ad hoc projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor holder of HR Management or Business related disciplines
• One year solid HR generalist experience in sizable / retail company is preferred
• Hands on C & B experience in retail industry will be an advantage
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good analytical skill & sensitive with figure
• Good command in both written & spoken English & Chinese
• A good team player, multi-tasking, meticulous, organized and able to meet tight work deadlines
