Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle reception duties including incoming calls and general enquiries
- Greet guests and visitors in a professional and polite manner
- Arrange mailing and courier service
- Responsible for handling office administration duties including office supplies replenishment, office equipment maintenance, etc.
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above, 1 year relevant experience in office administration
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Excellent in MS Word, Excel & Word Processing
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Hard working with strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organized, self-motivated and a good team player
- Immediate available preferred
