Job Description
- 3 years relevant experience in construction and engineering field.
- Draft documents and reply client emails in English for Project Director, coordinate shop drawing submissions and compile invoices, assist site works' communication.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese Chinese.
- Strong technical writing experience is required.
- Knowledge of design software such as AutoCAD / Corel Draw is beneficial.
- Work independently with good organization, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Commercial / Secretarial Studies / Technical Drawing / Construction or other related.
- Assist general administration duties for the office.
- Occasional visit to construction site is required.
- Immediately available.
