Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- To prepare communication materials (e.g. speech or press release)
- To maintain the reputation and visibility of the organization
- To update and edit articles and publish to online or offline platform
- To promote the organization brand image
- To handle media enquiries and manage dissemination of unfavorable message or rumor
- To maintain a good relationship with external parties (e.g. Government sector, media and donor etc.)
- To provide secretarial and administrative support to the chairman
Job Requirement:
- Degree holder in marketing, public relations, journalism and communication is highly preferred
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Hardworking, self-motivated, responsible & well organized
- Excellent command of written & spoken English and Chinese
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
