Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally through email, hotline, and social networking apps;
  • General administrative duties;
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignment as assigned;

 

Job Requirements: 

  • Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years’ customer services experience
  • Good communication skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
  • Hardworking, self-motivated, detail-minded, able to work independently
  • Well-organized and a good team player
  • Good presentation and communication skills
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Assistant
  • Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
