Principal Responsibilities

• Note that we are looking for Personal Assistant but not secretary, candidates with only secretary quality will be screened out
• Report directly to Managing Director
• Offer full spectrum of personal assistance and secretarial support to Managing Director
• Provide strategy reviews for APAC market, KPI variance analysis and budgets/forecast preparation
• Assist in ecommerce and sales account management
• Handle sales contract, invoices, quotations, reports, and other paperwork
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties on daily business operation and personal matters
• Act as a contact and liaison point between supplier, contributors and clients
• Provide support on travel arrangement, expenses reimbursement and personal affairs
• Assist in ad-hoc task upon requests

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing, e-Commerce, Business, Communication or related disciplines is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of work experience with senior management level required
• Young candidates with vibrancy and knowledge of the rapidly evolving tech, ecommerce & business world is highly preferred
• Experience in fashion related industry is a huge advantage
• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Outstanding interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Able to excel in fact-pace and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
• Self-motivated, result-oriented team player with strong sense of responsibility
• Good business sense and passionate to learn
• Immediately available or short notice is preferred
