Job Description
US multinational re-insurance and risk management company with regional office in Hong Kong – is looking for an EXECUTIVE ASST TO Greater China CEO – with details as follows :
- Tertiary education
- Experience in HR functions including payroll, tax and staff benefits (preferably in both HK and China) is a must
- Experience in office administration functions and supervising a small team of admin staff
- Experience in US/MNC companies is a plus
- With a stable employment history
- China trade experience preferred
- Fluent in English and Mandarin is a must
- Good computer skill (e.g. Word, excel, Powerpoint etc).
- At least 8 years in serving senior executives/company heads
- Responsible for providing secretarial Support to the China CEO and several team members (if necessary)
- Supervise two admin staff to perform office administrative duties for the office
- Perform human resources functions for Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai and Taipei office (e.g. arrange payroll through payroll vendors, recruitment, staff benefits etc.)
- Clients event budget and management
- Ad hoc project if any
- No trips required
- 5 days work
- Annual leave : 15 days
