Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer database
- Maintain program profile
- Perform data file conversion and upload customer data weekly
- Perform data analysis and customer research as assigned
- Support publishing scorecard reports and workflow documentation
Requirements
- University student in Logistics & Supply Chain Management/Operations Management/Computer Science or related discipline
- Strong in Microsoft Excel
- Good command in spoken and written English & Chinese
- Conversational in Putonghua is preferred
