Job Descriptions

You will be assisting the retail operations function and report to the line manager

• Manage and foster the relationship between wholesale customers and retail shops to ensure smooth daily operation
• Handle customer inquiries from landline and email
• Carry out business data analysis and prepare reports regularly
• Provide administrative support to the retail and wholesale team
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Welcome fresh graduate for application
• Relevant experience in retail or administrative support is much preferred
• Fluent Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin
• Good command of Japanese with JLPT N2 or above
• High school graduate or above is considered
• Proficient in MS Excel and able to work on Vlookup and Pivot Table function
• Chinese word processing is required
• Short notice period is preferred
