Responsibilities:

• Responsible for fuel card related operations, liaise with sales team and service providers to ensure card application and production processes are done timely and effectively

• Communicate with station operators on fuel card related issues
• Handle enquires from fuel card customers and account related issues
• Participate in system testing
• Assist in data-mining or generating reports regularly
• Provide administrative support to retail department

Requirements:

• Holder of Higher Diploma in any discipline or above;

• Proficient in PC applications including Excel, Word and Chinese word-processing; With advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience in Access are advantages
• Good communication skills
• Minimum 2 years’ of relevant working experience, preferably in fuel industry, credit card or call center field
• Hardworking, self-motivated, meticulous, able to work independently and under pressure
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Good spoken Mandarin is an advantage)
• Immediate availability is preferred

• Good telephone manner with mature, pleasant and customer-oriented attitudes;
