Responsibilities:

l   Provide administration support to business development team

l   Responsible for data entry to system and quotation preparation

l   Build and manage long-term relationships with business partners

l   Work closely with Business Development and Operations team to coordinate projects and accounts management

Requirements:

l   Diploma holder in Marketing, Business or equivalent

l   At least 2-year working experience is preferred

l   A good team player with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team

l   Well-organized, good presentation skills, good interpersonal and communication skills

l   Proficient in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

l   Proficient in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin

l   Immediately available is an advantage
