Seeking for a seasoned Global HR Director for a fast growing company that specializes in modern design, R&D, manufacturing and retail of audio visual, energy and electrical products predominantly for US and European markets. With offices worldwide, the business has now evolved from the pure OEM to consumer who likes to hunt, camp, sail and using RVs.

With sales predominantly in the US and plans to grow further, corporate strategy is to expand aggressively with longer term to develop further in other markets/regions.As a supplier for many large retailers with custom design and develop products, our client has strategic alliances with some large UK retailers and have their own distribution network in USA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Global HR VP and working closely with the Senior Management team, you are a proven achiever with commercial mindset with ability to support the pace of growth and manage the complexity of global regulations as well as improving the efficiency of the HR platform. 

• Understand the strategic vision and work with the management team to devise the right plan;
• Help scale up recruitment quickly across markets;
• Understand the operations and put in place a much stronger infrastructure with tighter regulations, policies, controls etc;
• Support Global VP HR to finalize the organizational chart for the HR team, business partners in each location.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience to have worked their way up in the business, helped open offices and strengthening the HR operations to support business performance;
• Strong leadership qualities;
• MNC background so can bring best practices to the business, but hands on enough for an SME;
• Experience in helping to enter and grow other markets;
• Technology experience background would be preferred.
