Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, payroll, taxation, benefit administration, work injury and etc.
- Handle full recruitment cycle from job posting, resumes screening, interview conducting, offer approval and onboard logistics
- Hands on the whole process of payroll, tax filing, MPF administration and etc.
- Maintain and update HR records and data
- Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma or degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- At least 4 years' solid experience in Human Resources,
- Well verse with HK Employment Ordinance and regulations
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Self-motivated, Independent and good communication skills
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
