Responsibilities

• Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, payroll, taxation, benefit administration, work injury and etc.
• Handle full recruitment cycle from job posting, resumes screening, interview conducting, offer approval and onboard logistics
• Hands on the whole process of payroll, tax filing, MPF administration and etc.
• Maintain and update HR records and data
• Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
• At least 4 years' solid experience in Human Resources, 
• Well verse with HK Employment Ordinance and regulations
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Self-motivated, Independent and good communication skills
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior HR Officer
