Responsibilities

• Provide full spectrum of executive support
• Conduct the corresponding analysis, market survey, proposals and presentation materials
• Attend business meetings, prepare agenda, take minutes and prepare reports after the meetings
• Assist in business reports summarization and analytical work of business projects
• Liaise with the management team to ensure the implementation of any action plans
• Coordinate and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure effective communication
• Perform ad-hoc project as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in any disciplines, preferably in Business Administration
• Fresh graduate / less than 3 years working experience
• Passionate with keen interest in pursuing career in garment and textile manufacturing / trading industry
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Independent, well-organized, self-initiative and able to work under pressue
• Occasional travel is required
