Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end selection procedure including talents sourcing, interviewing and matching
• Provide career consultation, package negotiation support to job seekers
• Build and maintain a strong network with a pool of talent in targeted fields
• Assist to handle clients for delivering talents referral activities

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business, Computer Science, Statistic or related disciplines
• 3 -5 years relevant experience in recruitment firm, experience Banking - IT recruitment is an advantage
• Independent, Desired to learn, Energetic, Fast-paced
• Analytical minds, Good team player, Organized
• Excellent interpersonal and communication Skills
• Proficient in English 
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Talent Acquisition Officer
