The Job: 

• Assist in production of various training materials and experience including but not limited to animated videos, online & offline interactive games, case studies, PowerPoint slides, communication pack, notes, etc.
• Conduct research on best practices benchmarking and keep a library of findings including contemporary e-learning tools/ resources
• Assist in administration duties and operations/ logistics of training classes & workshops as well as data-entry & record-keeping
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Current Undergraduate 2^nd year or 3^rd students preferably with major in Education, Communications, HR Development, Industrial Psychology or Multimedia Production
• Familiar with video production using online free resources or tools and interactive games development tools such as Kahoot!, Socrative, etc.
• Excellent MS Office skills; be a super user of PowerPoint is expected
• Very good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
• Able to cope with pressure & willing to work beyond office hours to meet deadlines
• A quick learner with self-initiative. Creative and flexible
• Diligent, detail-oriented & meticulous
