Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist project engineer to handle the improvement & enhancement works
- Able to work on site, and coordinate with stakeholders including clients, consultant and sub-contractors
- Prepare tender documents and cost estimation
Requirements
- Holder of High Certificate/Diploma in Building Services or equivalent
- 2 years’ experience in MVAC/P&D engineering within E&M contractors or main contractors. Experience in related filed is an advantage
- Preferably in new build and A&A works or facility/ property management experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Fresh graduates with less experience are also welcome
